Senior Analyst Social and Economic Empowerment

. SUPPORT IN PORTFOLIO EXPANSION. Exploring and pursuing business opportunities, preparing technical and commercial proposals, concept notes, and setting up client interactions.

Interact with potential clients/leads/resource persons and BD prospecting.

PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION. Conducting desk and field research. Create/format draft reports, presentations, subject briefs, articles, and Thought Leadership documents.

Undertake qualitative data collection and stakeholder consultation. Support project management, monitoring and implementation. Execution of project activities and delivery of outputs.

Interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques and provide reports.

Documentation and report writing.

Designing and developing key client deliverables.

Make a presentation or participate in meetings with clients for project-related discussion, sharing of findings, etc Active participation in management of various on-going and future projects.

Coordinate and liaise with clients, vendors, consortium partners, external consultants, etc regularly or as and when required.

OTHERS. Actively participate in internal meetings at all levels.

Qualifications Experience. Educational. Masters degree in rural development, climate change, sustainability, entrepreneurship development, international development, gender studies, sociology, economics, or other relevant field is a must. At least 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent academic experience.

Professional Attributes. Ability to write proposals strongly required. Strong Analytical skills (quantitative qualitative) and ability to conceptualise ideas into actionable concepts. Good presentation skills and proficiency in MS Office, professional emails and working with professional networks. Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner with stakeholders. Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-cultural and multi-ethnic environment. Ability to work with the government at different levels. Preference for candidates with knowledge and skills of business development in the climate resilience space.
