Preparation of TEV Reports covering the following aspects :

Technical feasibility of the Project :

- Working on Financial Modelling.

- Report Drafting.

- Commercial feasibility of the product - Industry Overview, Govt. Policies, Marketing Strategies, Strategies to overcome the barrier to entry/competition,

- Conducting industry research on the various type of industries

- Financial Viability of the project - Cost of project and means of finance, DSCR/IRR/ Payback period, Break Even Point and Sensitivity Analysis, etc.

- SWOT Analysis, Risk Analysis.

- Facilitating due diligence.

Key Skills :

- Hands on experience in Preparation of Detailed Project Report/ Techno-Economic Viability Study Report/Feasibility Studies.

- It is essential for candidates to be skilled in preparing financial models. This involves creating detailed and structured representations of the project's financial performance, incorporating various factors such as revenue projections, cost estimates, and capital expenditure.

- A solid understanding of accounting.

- Strong Excel skills

- Knowing how to link the 3 financial statements.

- Understanding how to build a forecast.

- A logical framework for problem-solving.

- Ability to distill large amounts of data into a simple format.

- An eye for design and esthetics.

- Clear presentation skills

- The ability to easily zoom in on details, and zoom out to high-level strategy

Qualification :

Graduation + Semi Qualified CA/CFA-1
