Job Summary
As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and qualifying potential leads. You will leverage various platforms and strategies to generate interest in our services and assist our sales team in converting leads into clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Identification: Utilize various sources, including social media, online platforms, and networking events, to identify potential leads in the real estate market.
- Outreach: Conduct outreach to potential clients through phone calls, emails, and social media to introduce our services and gauge interest.
- Qualification: Qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure they align with our target market and service offerings.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate lead information and interactions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and strategies for lead generation.
- Reporting: Track and report on lead generation activities, outcomes, and conversion rates to assess effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to enhance lead generation efforts.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience 3+years in lead generation, sales, or marketing, preferably within the real estate sector.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and lead generation tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
