Job Description


Job Title: AGM /GM Sales
Location: Sector 32, Gurgaon (Corporate Office)
Roles and Responsibilities
Team Leadership and Management
Lead and oversee the overall fields sales team. Drive growth and achieve sales targets.
Cultivate productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts and memberships.
Develop and implement innovative sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics.
Foster and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships with both existing and new customers.
Establish and maintain professional relationships with regional representatives and executives. Attend conferences and exhibitions as required to identify new business opportunities.
Manage relationships with developers to generate additional opportunities.
Collaborate with the Heads, Courses & Events Team Leader, and colleagues to implement proposed changes and improvements.
Formulate and execute strategic sales plans to expand the company’s customer base and solidify its market presence. Lead, motivate, and support team members by assessing their strengths and weaknesses, ensuring effective team management and professional development.
Proven track record in developing and executing successful sales strategies.
Leadership Expectations This role demands a seasoned professional capable of leading and inspiring a sales team, ensuring both individual and collective goals are met. The candidate must possess a strategic mindset, focusing on growth, relationship management, and the continuous support and development of team members.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 6+ years of experience in real estate B2C field sales with 3 years as a team leader.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Industry: Real-estate, Banking, financial and Insurance
Important Notes
Geographical Knowledge: We only consider candidates from Gurgaon who possess a thorough understanding of the local area.
Builder/Developer/ Leasing and Freelancer: Candidates with a background in builder or developer leasing and freelancer are not considered.
Own Vehicle: Having a personal vehicle is essential for this role.
Channel Partners: As we operate as channel partners, we exclusively hire individuals with experience in the same vertical.
