Senior SAP FICO Consultant - S/4 HANA Module (5-7 yrs)

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Partner with the MNC client to understand their specific payroll requirements and business needs.

- Analyze, configure, and customize SAP FICO modules (Finance, Controlling) for permanent payroll processing.

- Develop and implement efficient and accurate payroll workflows within the S/4HANA environment.

- Integrate payroll processes with other relevant SAP modules (e., HR) to ensure data consistency.

- Test and validate the implemented payroll solution to ensure functionality and accuracy.

- Provide ongoing support and guidance to the client team on using the new payroll system.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP FICO and S/4HANA features and best practices.

Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience working with SAP S/4HANA Finance modules.

- Proven experience in leading and managing SAP FICO projects from inception to go-live.

- In-depth knowledge of payroll concepts and best practices.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
