Manager - Sales - Automation Products/Variable-Frequency Drive (2-4 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to promote and sell automation products, specifically VFD drives and similar products, in the targeted markets.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.

- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their requirements.

- Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed defined sales targets by driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and effectively managing a sales pipeline.

- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer demands to identify new sales opportunities and market gaps.

- Product Knowledge: Provide technical knowledge and guidance to clients about automation products and VFD drives, demonstrating their benefits and helping clients make informed purchasing decisions.

- Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to post-sales support.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to create effective sales materials, promotional strategies, and product positioning.

- Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management.
