Senior Program Manager (5-7 yrs)

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Lead the entire project lifecycle from kick-off, planning, execution, monitoring, and control.

- Oversee all aspects of project management, including scope definition, goal setting, and deliverable management.

- Break down projects into manageable tasks, estimate resource requirements, and develop project schedules.

- Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to cost imperatives.

- Facilitate and lead Project Design Reviews (PDRs) and Technical Reviews (TRs).

- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and manufacturing personnel.

- Proactively monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Communicate project status and progress updates to all stakeholders regularly.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably within the automotive/auto components/auto parts industry.

- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to scope.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B Tech) or a related field.

- In-depth understanding of project management methodologies (e., Agile, Waterfall).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide team members.

- Experience with project management tools (e., MS Project, Jira) is a plus.
