Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Manager Human Resources located in Vishakhapatnam.

- The Deputy Manager Human Resources will be responsible for day-to-day Plant HR tasks, such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and development.

- They will also assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Performance Management skills.

- Training and Development expertise.

- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus.
