About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Manager with a strong foundation in recruitment, payroll management, and compliance.
The ideal candidate will oversee HR functions to ensure smooth operations, employee satisfaction, and adherence to regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in salary disbursements.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals.
- Handle employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
- Manage employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
- Provide support in resolving employee grievances and maintaining workplace harmony.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, focusing on recruitment, payroll, and compliance.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in HR software and payroll systems.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
