MS Teams

Areas of Responsibility:

• Working with MS Teams solution
• In-depth knowledge of Audio/Video/Web Conferencing,
• Session Border Controllers/Gateways, SIP Trunk Configuration, High Availability and Disaster Recovery, Federation, Persistent Chat, Office Web Apps, Firewall Rules, and Monitoring/Reporting.
• Proficient understanding of technology areas such as Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, DFS and the ability to maintain other Windows core services.
• Experience with MS Teams interop solution for meeting rooms
• Participate in business and system requirements sessions.
• Setting up new Telephony solution instances
• Installation and build of SBCs, configure for Direct Routing
• Support for POCs for client demo and validation
• Drive client sessions for user acceptance
• Knowledge of different Telephony topologies and architecture
• PowerShell scripting
• Troubleshooting issues related to migrations
• Interface with customer for issue resolution, provide status updates, build customer confidence in team`s ability to deliver in order to support high customer satisfaction

Technical Skills:

• Experience with Microsoft Teams solution
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft O365 including the configuration
• MS Teams Direct Routing expertise
• Skype for Business on prem, online support experience
• SBCs support experience, PowerShell
• Troubleshooting using monitoring tools
• IVR or any other recording tools experience
