Project Role :Operations Engineer


Project Role Description :Support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement.
Must have skills :Microsoft 365

Good to have skills :Microsoft Exchange Online
Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required

Summary:As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the systems and services.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Ensure the smooth functioning of production systems and services.
  • Manage the delivery of services based on operational requirements and service agreement.
  • Collaborate with the team to perform tasks efficiently.
  • Contribute to key decisions by engaging with multiple teams.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Ensure adherence to operational requirements and service agreement.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks in the operations.
  • Implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the systems and services. Professional & Technical Skills:
  • Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
  • Good To Have Skills:Experience with Microsoft Exchange Online.
  • Strong understanding of cloud migration and implementation processes.
  • Experience in managing and supporting production systems and services.
  • Knowledge of operational requirements and service agreement.
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Additional Information:
  • The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365.
  • This position is based at our Noida office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.Qualification15 years full time education
