Collaborate with client counterparts to define long-term vision, goals, and strategies Drive large scale transformation programs to help organizations reimagine their business into an AI-powered enterprise Help clients devise data-driven business & operating models Help clients maximize value from large scale AI-led transformational initiatives Contribute to the design and development of client future processes and organizations with corresponding transformation roadmaps Conduct ideation workshops with a team of global business & technical professionals & subject matter experts, translating those requirements into priotitized roadmap, help prepare business case to implement the roadmap, track value Solution targeted processes, leveraging best practices Perform knowledge transfer to the client and supporting organizations throughout all phases of the project Providing & receiving regular feedback and ensuring effective communication and high satisfaction levels between the team and consultants under stressful circumstances Roles & responsibilities
