Position Senior Manager Direct Tax

1. Computing advance taxes for the group companies on quarterly basis.

2. Preparation of income tax computations, filing Returns of Income , Form 26AS reconciliation for the group entities

3. Preparation of Tax Audit reports along with annexures.

4. Preparation of Transfer pricing reports of companies.

5. Assisting in preparing details required for scrutiny assessment u/s 143(3) and reopening of completed assessment u/s 148 of Income tax act.

6. Preparing Monthly MIS for management

7. Drafting replies for rectifications, appeal effects, follow up for pending refunds

8. Assisting in TDS related compliances and drafting reply to notices

9. Keeping track of notices, orders received from the income tax department

10. Co-ordinating with statutory auditor, tax consultants, etc for income tax matters.

11. Yearly filing of specified financial transaction statement.

12. Finalising contingent liability statement, computing deferred taxes and ETR for the group entities.

Job Location – Mahalaxmi , Mumbai

Qualification – CA with 3 – 5 years experience in Direct taxation.Role & responsibilities
