Minimum Experience

• 7 to 10 years of experience. Preferably from retail industry.

Special Skills/Attributes

• Experience in IP Marketing/ Brand Solutions / Retail Marketing / HNI curated events / Luxury retail marketing
• Experience in partnerships marketing
• Presentable with excellent communication skills
• Sound understanding of Marketing, Luxury events, Luxury brands and the retail sector
• Excellent presentation (ppt) skills
• Sound understanding of curated events

Overall Purpose/Objective

Of the job

Drives retailer relationships through IP Marketing / Brand solutions, client sponsored events, internal events and other revenue generating initiatives that help drive footfalls to the mall

Key Responsibilities

Retailer relationships

• Ideate and Pitch ideas/solutions to retailers that help increase footfall to the malls.
• Execute the campaigns in tandem with the retailer teams
• Create relevant IP / Brand solution decks to pitch to the retailers
• Track the overall performance of brands within the malls and accordingly suggest and curate marketing campaigns to boost sales / increase footfalls
• Act as a POC for all retailers driving marketing efforts in tandem with them
• Work in tandem with the centre marketing teams to execute the retailer marketing campaigns

Partnerships marketing

• Get on board relevant cross category partners to increase footfalls to the mall
• Curate and pitch solutions to cross category partners that help drive footfalls to the mall
