Job Title: Technical Content Developer

About the Role :

We are looking for a Technical Content Developer to join our team of experts responsible for
creating project-based technical content tailored to client requirements. These projects are
e-signed to be used as assessments by clients, enabling candidates to solve them in tests or
evaluations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end development using Java, .NET, or
Python and strong skills in designing full-stack applications integrated with databases like
MySQL or MongoDB. Excellent communication skills are essential, as the role requires clear
documentation and the ability to deliver high-quality, client-specific content in a B2B setting.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Project-Based Content Creation

● Develop real-world, hands-on project scenarios aligned with client requirements,
covering frontend, backend, and database integration.
● Ensure projects align with the client’s technology stack and use cases, offering practical
challenges for candidates.
● Create well-documented requirements and instructions for each project, ensuring clarity
for end-users.

2. Technical Design & Development

● Build functional prototypes for full-stack applications to validate project requirements.
● Incorporate modern frameworks and libraries based on Java, .NET, or Python
ecosystems.

3. Database Integration

● Design and implement database solutions (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB) for use in
project-based scenarios.
● Include real-world database operations like CRUD, data migration, and optimization.

4. Client-Centric Customization

● Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop customized
content to meet their testing needs.
● Deliver content that accurately assesses technical skills relevant to the client's job roles.

5. Quality Assurance

● Test and validate all created projects for technical accuracy, logical coherence, and
functional performance.
● Ensure that content adheres to internal quality standards and client expectations.

6. Documentation & Communication

● Prepare clear and concise documentation for project requirements, constraints, and
expected outcomes.
● Maintain open communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on deliverables
and timelines.

7. Continuous Improvement

● Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies in Java, .NET, Python, and
related ecosystems.
● Regularly improve content quality based on feedback and evolving client needs.

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. 0-3 years of experience in full-stack development using Java, .NET, or Python.
3. Familiarity with database systems like MySQL and MongoDB.
4. Experience creating or contributing to technical content is a plus.
