Assistant Manager, Content

We are looking for a passionate Content Writer to join our team and contribute to the dynamic content ecosystem of Naukri and Naukrigulf. If you have a knack for storytelling, a keen eye for detail, and a strong understanding of digital content trends, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Write engaging and high-impact content across multiple formats, including SEO blogs, podcast scripts, social media copy, B2B sales material, and internal communications. • IP Development: Play an active role in shaping and growing our flagship content propertiesWorkwise with Naukri and Hardly Working by Naukri.

• Brand Alignment: Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, maintains a professional tone, and resonates with the target audience.

• Research & Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment insights, and content best practices to enhance content quality and effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-4 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or editorial roles.

• A graduate in any field with a strong command of English.

• Prior experience creating content that drives engagement and delivers value.

• Ability to work on multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.

• A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
