Roles and Responsibilities

• Source top talent for sales positions through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and industry events.
  
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the role.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop strategies to attract suitable candidates.
  
• Manage multiple open positions simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.
  
• Ensure timely communication with both internal stakeholders (hiring managers) and external ones (candidates).
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in non-technical recruitment or sales hiring.
  
• Strong understanding of the Indian market and ability to source profiles from diverse sources.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to negotiate salary packages effectively.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of productivity.
