Talent Acquisition Specialist - Recruitment

Job Description:

1. Collaborate with the business & functional leaders to understand the talent needs and develop a comprehensive hiring approach by levels & role.

2. Identify and enable hiring channels to enhance overall recruitment productivity through the internal Naukri database, Social Media, Employee Referrals etc.

3. Constantly track, provide inputs & run interventions to enhance the overall recruitment productivity and capability.

4. Create an enabling ecosystem of hiring for assigned teams leading to faster hiring and decision making (improvement in productivity, hiring TAT, identification of newer channels of hiring/talent sourcing)

5. Prospective talent/candidates' database availability

What We're Looking For:

• Strong understanding of Non IT recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for talent acquisition
