Corporate Sales Team Lead

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets through effective account management, relationship building, and strategic planning.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand existing relationships with key accounts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product) to identify opportunities for growth and develop joint go-to-market plans.
• Analyze sales performance data to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and drive continuous improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 8-14 years of experience in b2b sales or corporate sales leadership roles .
• Proven track record of success in acquiring deals through media sales or ad sales channels.
• Strong understanding of key account management principles and ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
