We are hiring for Study Abroad (B2B) for Shiksha.com for Noida location.

Required Educational Qualification: Any Graduation or Any Post Graduation

Desired Experience: 6 - 12 years (Relevant)

Job Objective: The objective is to provide professional advice and guidance to agent partners to help students interested in studying abroad and ensuring successful placement in an empaneled university overseas.

Job Description:

• Online Telephonic or Virtual support to B2B agent partners for counselling students interested in overseas education & help train them for product knowledge, pitch right fit universities & convert applications to Student enrollments.
• Achieve Annual Enrollment targets further divided into intake specific targets
• Set weekly/monthly & quarterly target for self and team to convert Shortlists to Applications as per required ratios for driving admissions and meeting performance goals
• Build country level product knowledge for self and team by attending university trainings and making admission dockets/updating the same from time to time.
• Coordinating and maintaining a strong relationship with Internal and external parties and drive customer satisfaction
• Strong subject matter knowledge for multiple destinations from university shortlisting to visa processing and Training & upgrading team time to time.
• Conduct mock interviews and Visa stage preparations for students
• Prepare reports & matrices showing progress on student conversions
• Conduct weekly/monthly review sessions for updating progress reports.
