Job Description:

• Its an Individual and sales role (channel management)
• Responsible for onboarding of subagents target driven
• Driving applications & enrolments via subagents target driven
• Responsible for agent performance monitoring & success/retention target driven
• Resolving operational issues of agents
• Increasing Shiksha Study Abroad’s network in assigned territory /market domination.
• Develop multi-level relationships with key stakeholders at client’s end, such as Counsellors, Marketing Managers, and Owners. Being in continuous connect with them and focus on problem solving.
• Follow up for Students cases and keeping a close watch on progress.

Qualifications:

• Has an active network of agents
• Has 2-6 years of experience in subagent onboarding/revenue generation through channel management
• Should have worked in study abroad agent domain.
• Decent communication skills in both English & local language (verbal/written)
• Basic ability to work on MS Word, Excel, PPT/official emails
• Track record of success in previous roles.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Time Management to ensure service level commitments
