Job Title: Customer Success Executive

Job Overview:
The Customer Success Executive is responsible for managing customer support issues, converting leads in the CRM, and handling Indian client registrations. This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally to ensure a smooth customer experience and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and resolve support issues through live chat and email, ensuring a timely and positive customer experience.
• Review the CRM daily to identify leads and convert suitable ones into contacts, keeping the database organized and up-to-date.
• Handle all Indian client registrations, ensuring their needs are met professionally and promptly.
• Report to Chief of staff, keeping them informed on progress and outcomes.
• Step in as needed to support other tasks within the organization.
