This profile includes miscellaneous billing against receipt like AEP/ADP/TVP/Labour Entry/Fire training etc and raising Interest Debit Notes. and the job also controls all inter-company GLs reconciliation on weekly basis, prepare statement and transfer funds to inter co. after taking necessary approval.

Responsible for updating the monthly sales register, preparation of expenses provisioning, MIS reports, End to end Billing process- starting from Customer Master Preparation to final invoice process, Bookkeeping, Reconciliation and statutory compliance.

Key Performance Indicators

• Working on advance revenues.
• Providing inputs for expenses provisioning.
• Providing inputs for MIS updating

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

• B.Com or M.Com or MBA
• SAP
• Good communication skills

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

• 4 to 5 years in payables/Receivables
