ER/IR Professional

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement ER strategies.
• Conduct a thorough study and take appropriate measures to ensure a union-free environment and no work stoppages.
• Develop a robust network to pre-empt ER matter and take preventive actions to avoid the same.
• Formulate and administer policies in discussion with management to ensure harmonious relations between management and workers.
• Manage all compliance and various legal inspections and liaise with govt. officials.
• Be abreast of changes to labor laws, arbitration decisions, court etc.
• Set up Grievance /dispute resolution mechanism to address employee issues and ensures the amicable settlement of disputes.
• Investigations and disciplinary processes

• Strong communicator and a keen listener to facilitate interaction and influence outcomes.
• Keen understanding of business dynamics and their impact.
• Strong executive presence.
• Good in MS Office, MIS and system working.
• Result-oriented, persevering, and adaptable.
• Team working and connecting on the ground.

Qualification and Experience

• Postgraduate diploma/degree in the area of Human Resources/Employee Relations.
• Knowledge of local languages will be highly preferred.
• Ability to work with multiple senior stakeholders .
• Handling a huge employee base will be an added advantage.
