Assistant Manager - Taxation (Direct)

1. Computation of Income Tax and Deferred tax provision.
2. Preparation of tax books and passing necessary entries in SAP.
3. Filing of Corporate Tax Return and other connected forms.
4. Assistance in the process of Tax Audit and filing thereof.
5. Transfer pricing related compliances such as Transfer Pricing Study, Transfer Pricing certificate in 3CEB etc.
6. Responding to various tax notices and other summon/inquiry notices.

Qualifications & Experience : Qualified Chartered Accountant with 3+ years of experience in tax and tax accounting
