The Company is a part of the Indiana Group which was incorporated in the year 1970. Besides material handling systems, the group is a leading manufacturer of electro forged Gratings, Cable trays, Handrails & Fabricated steel structures. We are a customer-centric group and have experience of working with leading owners, consultants, and contractors worldwide.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Planning engineers must prepare project plans, updates, and make changes as per site requirement, communicate clearly to team members, stakeholders, and clients. Strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

2. Planning of material and resources for timely delivery of orders.

3. Cost Estimation for RFQ and orders.

4. Maintaining On Time Delivery (OTD) Data.

5. Updating pending order status to stakeholders.

6. Preparing and tracking plan versus actual plan.

7. Preparing monthly reviews by compiling data and MIS of various departments.

8. Basic knowledge and implementation of Kaizen.

9. Identifying problems, root cause analysis, identifying gaps and doing PDCS.

10.Ability to identify project risk and develop mitigation plans to minimize disruptions and delays.

11. Should be from manufacturing industry.

Must have competencies;
