Planning Engineer

Job description

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the aspects of Project Planning, Scheduling and Cost Estimation, Quantity Surveying.
• To coordinate with Projects Heads, Internal Departments, Consultants and design construction schedules.
• To monitor and track progress of work across project sites
• Monitoring and Contract Management, Tendering Process, Procurement Schedules and Cash Flow projections for the projects.
• Also, looking into the budgeting, analysis, forecasting and Cost Monitoring.
• Rate Analysis and Estimation database development.

KEY SKILLS

• Should have knowledge of MS Projects / Primavera P3
• Working knowledge of databases and spread sheets and Auto CAD
• Proficiency in SAP

Note:

• Experience in Should have MIVAN experience in high rise residential buildings.
• NICMAR Construction Management would be preferred
