Job Title: Executive/Sr. Executive

Location: Noida

The primary role of the candidate would be to conduct a systematic Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
and re-audit RCAs. The person would be measured on process corrections identified and
solving recurring and systematic issues.

Job Description:

• Conduct RCAs and re-audit RCAs for customer issues like Repeat Escalations and Dissatisfied Customer Feedback on Service Queries.
• Provide actionable data for improvement through each RCA.
• Recommend Improvement Initiatives and process improvements, considering business priorities and needs.
• Ensuring regular feedback and Identifying training module improvements for the teams - based on RCA.
• Prepare and Present root cause data and findings to management to address recurring and systematic issues.
• Handling quality-related escalations & taking action against the same on a timely basis.
• Develop databases for defects & issues for wider utilization.
  

Critical Skills:

• Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail
• Ability to communicate effectively - both verbally and in writing ,
• Good Knowledge of MS – Office and systems.
• Candidates with experience of delivering outstanding service would be preferred
  

Education:

• 75% or above in 10th and 12th
• Any Bachelor's course graduate (2024 batch passout only)
• 60% or above in graduation degree.
