Work Location: Delhi/NCR

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage branch operations, including sales performance, customer service, and team management.
  
• Oversee daily activities of the branch office to achieve business objectives.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to increase gold loan disbursements and improve operational efficiency.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  
• Foster strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in branch management or related field (gold loan industry preferred).
  
• Strong understanding of branch operations, branch sales, and branch management principles.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective leadership and customer interaction.
  
• Ability to analyze data to drive business decisions and optimize processes.
