Senior Webflow Developer (4-9 yrs)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Webflow Developer with a passion for building high-quality websites and delivering exceptional client experiences. This role demands deep expertise in Webflow development, an eye for design, and strong communication skills to effectively interface with clients. The ideal candidate will take ownership of Webflow projects, guide and mentor the current team, and ensure that the client's requirements are met with precision and clarity. They must also have the ability to ask the right questions to fully understand project needs and proactively solve potential challenges.

The core responsibilities for the job include the following :

Webflow Development :

- Build, customize, and maintain websites using Webflow while ensuring high performance and responsiveness.

- Implement CMS collections, interactions, and animations to create dynamic web experiences.

- Ensure websites are SEO-optimized and follow best practices for accessibility and usability.

- Work with Webflow's API and third-party integrations to enhance site functionality.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Webflow projects efficiently.

Client Communication and Ownership :

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

- Gather and interpret client requirements, translating them into well-structured Webflow implementations.

- Provide consultative guidance on best practices for design, user experience, and performance.

- Set expectations with clients, proactively update them on progress, and manage feedback effectively.

Team Guidance and Collaboration :

- Mentor and guide the existing Webflow development team to improve skills and efficiency.

- Conduct code reviews, implement standards, and enforce best practices.

- Work closely with designers, content creators, and developers to ensure seamless execution of projects.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Webflow solutions with broader business goals.

Process Improvement and Innovation :

- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance project delivery.

- Stay updated with the latest trends in Webflow, web design, and front-end development.

- Optimize performance, security, and scalability of Webflow sites.

- Ensure best practices in version control and deployment workflows.

Requirements :

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Experience : 4+ years of hands-on Webflow development experience.

- Expertise in Webflow development, including interactions, CMS, custom code integrations, and API usage.

- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and how they integrate with Webflow.

- Experience working directly with clients, understanding their requirements, and delivering tailored solutions.

- Strong ownership mindset with a problem-solving approach and the ability to ask the right questions.

- Ability to guide and mentor junior Webflow developers and ensure consistency in deliverables.

- Understanding of SEO best practices and performance optimization in Webflow.

- Experience integrating Webflow sites with third-party tools such as Zapier, HubSpot, Airtable, or Make (Integromat).

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
