The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of WordPress core, theme development, and plugin customization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Install and configure WordPress on various hosting platforms.

- Set up multi-site installations as needed.

- Configure WordPress core settings, permalinks, and security measures.

- Develop custom WordPress themes tailored to specific design requirements.

- Customize existing themes to meet branding and functional needs.

- Ensure themes are responsive, cross-browser compatible, and SEO-friendly.

- Develop custom plugins to extend WordPress functionality.

- Customize existing plugins to meet specific requirements.

- Manage and update plugins to ensure security and compatibility.

- Optimize website performance for speed and load times.

- Implement caching strategies to reduce server load.

- Optimize images and minify code to improve website performance.

- Perform regular website maintenance tasks, including backups, updates, and security scans.

- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues.

- Monitor website performance and uptime.

- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other team members to deliver high-quality websites.

- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL.

- In-depth knowledge of WordPress core, themes, and plugins.

- Experience with WordPress REST API.

- Familiarity with version control systems (Git).

- Understanding of SEO best practices.

- 3+ years of professional experience in WordPress development.

- Experience with popular WordPress page builders (Elementor).

- Experience with hosting platforms (AWS, cPanel, Cloudways)
