Job Description :

Role :
- We are seeking a WordPress Developer to join our dynamic team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and management of our WordPress-based projects.
- You will work closely with our design and content teams to create high-quality, user-friendly websites for our clients.
Responsibilities :
Leadership & Strategy :
- Lead a team of WordPress developers, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define website architecture and overall strategy.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Development & Maintenance :
- Develop and maintain high-quality WordPress websites.
- Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements.
- Optimize website performance, scalability, and security.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Project Management :
- Oversee multiple projects from conception to completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather feedback.
Quality Assurance :
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Test websites across browsers, operating systems, and devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to WordPress development.
Training & Development :
- Keep the team informed about new WordPress features and best practices.
- Encourage continuous learning and professional development within the team.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Knowledge & experience in Craft CMS is preferrable.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in WordPress development.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Experience with PHP back-end development.
- Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Strong understanding of website architecture and aesthetics.
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF).
- Knowledge of SEO principles.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with version control tools like Git.
