Wordpress Developer - PHP Program Management (4-6 yrs)

Job Description :

We are looking for a seasoned WordPress Developer with expertise in building and maintaining WordPress-based websites, managing SQL databases, and customizing front-end and back-end solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web development best practices, CRM integrations (HubSpot preferred), and proficiency in CSS, HTML, and PHP.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- WordPress Development : Build, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, ensuring seamless performance and security.

- Database Management : Work with SQL databases to manage, optimize, and troubleshoot data-related tasks.

- Front-End Customization : Leverage expertise in CSS and HTML for creating and optimizing responsive designs.

- Back-End Customization : Utilize PHP for WordPress theme and plugin development and customization.

- CRM Integration : Work with HubSpot CRM or equivalent platforms to ensure smooth website integrations.

- Web Hosting and Domain Management : Handle DNS records, work with hosting providers/registrars, and troubleshoot related issues.

- Plugin Management : Install, configure, and troubleshoot WordPress plugins, including WooCommerce, Elementor, and membership solutions like WishList Member.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Proficient in WordPress development with a strong portfolio of past projects.

- Solid understanding of SQL databases for website data management.

- Expertise in CSS and HTML for responsive and engaging web design.

- Proficiency in PHP for theme and plugin development.

- Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot and their integration with WordPress.

- Familiarity with DNS management, hosting providers, and domain registrars.

- Strong communication skills-engaging and proactive in discussions.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with graphic design tools, particularly Adobe products.

- Knowledge of email marketing best practices and website integration techniques.

- Expertise in WordPress plugins like WooCommerce, WooCommerce Subscriptions, Elementor, and WishList Member or similar membership software
