About the Role :

We are looking for a talented Webflow Developer to join our team and help bring our web design visions to life. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Webflow, a strong understanding of web design principles, and the ability to create responsive, high-performance, and visually appealing websites.

As a Webflow Developer, you will work closely with designers, marketers, and product teams to turn concepts into functional and engaging websites. Your role will be pivotal in shaping how users interact with our digital platforms.

Responsibilities :

- Website Development : Build, customize, and maintain websites in Webflow while ensuring optimal performance, responsiveness, and scalability.

- Design Translation : Transform Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD designs into fully functional Webflow projects with pixel-perfect precision.

- CMS Management : Set up and manage Webflow CMS collections to enable dynamic content and easy updates.

- Collaborative Work : Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketers to ensure seamless integration of visuals, content, and interactivity.

- Custom Code : Implement custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript when necessary to enhance functionality beyond Webflow's native capabilities.

- Optimization : Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and accessibility, following best practices and industry standards.

- Maintenance & Support : Monitor website performance and troubleshoot any issues or bugs promptly.

- Innovation : Stay updated with the latest Webflow features, design trends, and best practices to continually improve the quality of our web projects.

- Be an integral part of Marketing, Promotion & customer outreach programs -> also participate in defining website based strategies.

- Work along with the marketing team to ensure the campaign effectiveness.

Requirements :

- Proven experience designing and building websites with Webflow primarily in Analytics/AI /ML/ GenAI - Technology consulting & AI/ML services

- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Strong grasp of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

- Familiarity with Webflow CMS for creating dynamic and scalable content.

- Experience working with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and web accessibility standards.

- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.

- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

- Ability to manage a corporate website single-handedly.

- Experience in Design Thinking for websites.

Preferred Qualifications :

- B.Tech in CSE/IT or equivalent

- Experience with custom code integration in Webflow projects.

- Familiarity with animations and interactions within Webflow.

- Understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and third-party integrations.

- Knowledge of version control tools like Git.
