Backend Developer - Python/Django (3-5 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Backend Developer to join our dynamic team in delivering innovative software solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of backend development, along with the capacity to lead and mentor other developers.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can design scalable and maintainable backend architectures, ensuring seamless integration with front-end components and systems.

Responsibilities :

- Identify and analyse user requirements

- Prioritize, assign and execute tasks throughout the software development life cycle

- Develop applications using Python Django & Fast API frameworks

- Write well-designed, efficient code

- Design database architecture

Requirements and skills :

- Hands on experience and strong knowledge in designing, building and developing applications using Python Django & Fast API frameworks

- Must have knowledge in Microservices architecture

- Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)

- Must have excellent knowledge on Relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, IBM DB2 etc.

- Experience with Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and Object Relational Mapping (ORM)

- Cloud technology and deployment on platforms like AWS & Azure

- Strong knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud components, CI/CD pipeline, DevOps/MLOps/AIOps

- Strong knowledge of Docker Kubernetes

- Strong knowledge of message broker services like RabbitMQ, Kafka, AWS/Azure services etc.

- Good delegation and time management skills

- Problem-solving abilities

- Excellent communication skills

Following Skills are preferred :

- In-depth knowledge of popular other programming languages like Golang, JAVA etc and frameworks like .NET

- Nexus

- Kong
