Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).

Position Summary:
- The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will drive Aptus Data Labs' global marketing strategy, focusing on elevating brand visibility, expanding market presence, and achieving business growth in the dynamic Data & AI domain.
- The ideal candidate will bring strategic vision, marketing expertise, and technical proficiency to position Aptus Data Labs as a leader in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Leadership:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) aligned with company goals in Data & AI solutions.
Brand Management:
- Strengthen the Aptus Data Labs brand identity, ensuring resonance with tech-savvy and data centric audiences.
Digital B2B Marketing:
- Execute targeted digital campaigns, content marketing, and social media engagement to drive lead generation and business development.
Market Analysis and Insights:
- Conduct in-depth research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning in data science and analytics.
Customer Engagement:
- Develop customer-centric initiatives to enhance client relationships and foster engagement.
- Collaboration with Sales and Product Teams.
- Align marketing strategies with product/platform offerings and sales goals through close collaboration with sales, pre-sales, and product teams.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Leverage data analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize strategies, and support data-driven decision-making.
Event Management:
- Plan, execute, and conceptualize marketing events at national and international levels hosted by Aptus Data Labs.
Analyst Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with analyst groups (Everest Group, ISG, HFS, Gartner) to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
Qualifications:
- Extensive marketing leadership experience, preferably in technology or data & analytics.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and market analysis.
- Strong understanding of data analytics and its application in marketing.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
- Extensive experience with HubSpot (all modules) and website development.
- Proficiency in using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, SEMrush, and CRM tools for sales, marketing, and content functions.
- Hands-on experience in integrating marketing assets with CRM platforms.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree Engineering + Master in Marketing / Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 6-8 years of experience in digital marketing, business development, and sales.
