No office culture, no job security, stressful working culture, they not following working hours in the evening and weekends, we have forgot family, health conscious, entertainment and friendship with colleagues also before joining there. Worst working culture with full of politics and they don't need smart or hard worker instead they wanted to recruit flock of sheeps.
