Job security is very good at the company and co-ordination of working with teammates is good in office.

Dislikes

Growth is very slow.Head office instructions to the branches is very good but the Branch-managers neglects the process of work doing

Generally speaking i never entertain pending the work and i used to find solution for pending work which causes me satisfaction and it is a process of learning the work.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
