Loan process very tough in aptus. Now a days comptation very high and remaining companys they have easyly provided loans and also Just Requird minimum main documents. But in aputs following asset creation policey this is main issue in aptus.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
