In this company Middle & Top level management always believes & Depends on news of GOBELS & the same GOBELS Convey to MD Sir with out any prior enquiry & They misguided to MD Sir. I personally faced life time TERRIBLE Punishment with out my fault & involvement on entire my 22yrs Marketing career experience , They forcefully took my Resignation, They don't leason /give chance to explain my words. Finally they don't trust their own employee's, No job security & always threatening to the employee's....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
