Operations Team Lead

Role & responsibilities :

• Operations Handling: Run day-to-day operations, oversee patient funnel conversion and

ensure operational metrics are maintained within defined SLAs

• Stakeholder Management & Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to

ensure alignment of operations with company strategy.

• Data Analysis: Take dataadrivenn decisions, provide data visibility to all stakeholders and

highlight any gaps in the process & product.

• CSAT / Feedback Collection: Gather and report patient feedback to help improve our

products/services and customer satisfaction.

• Documentation: Oversee all Maintenance of accurate records of cases, disbursements,

calls, interactions and processes.

• Optimize resource allocation to maintain cost-effectiveness while implementing quality

assurance measures to enhance customer experience.

• Finance Responsibilities: Perform account reconciliations on a regular basis, ensuring

accuracy and resolving any discrepancies and managing Accounts Payable/Receivable &

invoicing.

• Monitor compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as Operations

Manager. The role focuses on managing CarePal Money product operations centrally.

Candidates must have a proven track record of strong operations handling, relationship

building, customer engagement strategies, customer outreach, and client relationships.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in core operations.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
