Position Overview


We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Manager to lead our paid marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across various platforms to drive lead generation, maximize ROI, and enhance brand visibility.


Key Responsibilities


1. SEM Strategy Development

  • Design and implement comprehensive SEM strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid networks.
  • Identify key target audiences and develop tailored campaigns to maximize engagement and lead generation.

2. Campaign Management

  • Create, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns, including ad copy creation, keyword research, and bid adjustments.
  • Monitor and manage campaign budgets to ensure cost efficiency and performance goals are achieved.
  • Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and audience segments to enhance campaign effectiveness.

3. Lead Generation & ROI Optimization

  • Drive high-quality lead generation through targeted campaigns while maintaining optimal cost per lead (CPL).
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS, and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Focus on maximizing ROI by constantly refining campaign elements and strategies.

4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Data Studio to track and evaluate campaign performance.
  • Generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Present campaign results and growth strategies to senior management and stakeholders.

5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Stay updated with the latest SEM trends, tools, and best practices to keep campaigns competitive.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and refine strategies.

6. Collaboration

  • Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop engaging ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Align SEM strategies with overall marketing and business objectives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience managing SEM campaigns with a proven record of success in lead generation and ROI optimization.

  • Technical Expertise:
    • Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and similar platforms.
    • Strong knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Data Studio.
    • Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
