Role : Customer Retention Specialist
Location : Mumbai (Marol - Andheri)
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a skilled individual to develop and implement effective strategies for retaining our existing customer base.
- The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in creating referral strategies, increasing conversions, and driving growth for products.
- Additionally, they should be well-versed in incentivization modeling and have a strong background in marketing.
- This role will require the person to work very closely with the Chief Product Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Own and report on key growth metrics, communicating results and insights to leadership.
2. Analyze product, tele-sales and marketing funnels to identify opportunities for improvement.
3. Conduct user research to deeply understand customer needs, pain points, and motivations.
4. Develop referral strategies and execute referral programs to increase customer retention and drive business growth.
5. Develop and test hypotheses for growth, rapidly iterate based on results, and scale what works.
6. Utilize data analysis and market insights to develop strategies that increase conversions and drive growth for our products.
7. Create and manage incentivization models to motivate customers to continue using our products and services.
8. Engage in effective communication with customers to understand their needs and preferences, addressing concerns and implementing retention initiatives.
Requirement:
- 3-4 years of experience in a product or customer retention role, with a proven track record of driving customer retention and increasing revenue
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in working closely with C-suite executives and contributing to strategic decision making.
