Project Executive- Lucknow & Moradabad

Job Summary : This role manages the full lifecycle of sanitary napkin vending machines at various locations (railway stations Schools, Colleges/ Hospitals,). This includes coordinating installations and maintenance with vendors and internal teams, conducting site visits to ensure smooth operation and address any issues, liaising with stakeholders for approvals, managing inventory (refilling), and providing regular reports. The role is responsible for the successful implementation and ongoing operation of the vending machine project at assigned locations.

Key Responsibility:

• Coordinate with vendors, PoC at railway stations/Schools, Colleges/Hospitals, etc, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of installation, maintenance and related activities of Sanitary Napkin Vending Machines at the locations.
• Conduct daily site visits to assess installation requirements and address any challenges that may arise.
• Liaise with railway authorities, station managers, school/college/hospital administrations and other relevant stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals and support for the project.
• Coordinate regular maintenance checks and repairs to ensure uninterrupted operation of vending machines.
• Monitoring and implementation of Sanitary Napkin Vending Machine-Railway Project at assigned locations.
• To oversee documents, prepare and submission of weekly, monthly & other relevant reports to Project Coordinator/Manager-Operation on timely.
• Regular refiling of sanitary napkin in Sanitary Napkin Vending Machines at the assigned locations.
• Perform any other related tasks assigned by the office.

Qualification & Skill

• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required. A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, project management, operations management) may be preferred for more senior roles.
• Experience:
• 1-2 years of experience in a related field such as field service, vendor management, logistics, or project coordination is beneficial.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), for reporting and documentation.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication English & Hindi.
