Role & responsibilities
- Identify and assess current and future training needs.
- Develops training and development programs
- Conduct effective training sessions across the organisation
- Monitor and evaluates the training programs effectiveness, success and ROI periodically, prepare report on them
- Deploy a wide variety of training methods

Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
