Field Agency Trainer

Role & responsibilities

This Trainer will be aligned to collection agencies and will be responsible for visiting agencies and conducting regular trainings there. 

Travel to different cities and conduct NHT for field staff.

• Track the training requests received from multiple stake holders and schedule trainings on regular basis.
• Prepare one pagers about latest updates on MS Power Point.
• Conduct TNIs for bottom performers and complete the activities on timely basis.
• Plan and conduct the refresher sessions as per the requirement.
• Ensure that training material and information are always updated and available.
• Maintain the training trackers and share it on timely basis with stake holders.
• Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis.
• To take extra initiatives for process improvement.
• Responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and the delivery of training for all new Field Associates , Team Leads and Managers.
• Supervise, coach, and develop external and internal team members at multiple locations.
• Deliver practice-approved training, following standards and ensuring consistency in all field training programs.
• Ensure compliance of foundational processes by continued coaching and follow up.
• Knowledge of Tele Calling and field operations.

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent Communication Skills , both Hindi and English

Graduate

Experienced in BPO industry, New joiner induction batches training
