Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage bulk hiring, mass hiring, lateral hiring, and field sales recruitment. This role demands strong coordination skills to ensure effective communication between internal stakeholders and candidates. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in sourcing, screening, and onboarding, ensuring the timely fulfillment of recruitment requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy & Execution: -Develop and execute strategies for bulk hiring, mass hiring, and lateral hiring, ensuring
alignment with organizational goals. -Identify and implement innovative sourcing methods to attract the best talent. -Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring needs for field sales and other
critical roles. Sourcing & Screening: -Use multiple recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment drives. -Pre-screen and shortlist candidates to meet job specifications. -Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
Stakeholder & Candidate Management: -
Build strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their team requirements
and challenges.
-Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress.
-Maintain an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications: -Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. -
Experience:
2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, particularly in bulk hiring, mass hiring, and
sales recruitment.
-Proven experience in field sales recruitment and lateral hiring is preferred.
Skills:
-Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, including LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, and social media platforms.
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills. -Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
-Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
-High attention to detail and organizational skills. Key Competencies:
