What is Calculus:

Calculus by iimjobs.com & hirist.tech is a talent mapping and salary benchmarking tool that provides real-time insights into industry compensation trends and talent availability, helping companies make data-driven hiring decisions.

Why this role matters:

As a Customer Acquisition Specialist, you'll be at the frontline of expanding our market reach. You'll identify potential clients, spark interest in Calculus, and fuel the sales pipeline by engaging HR professionals with the right insights at the right time.

What you'll do:

- Be a Growth Driver: Identify and engage with HR leaders and decision-makers.

- Lead the Conversation: Conduct outreach via email, lead-generation touch-points on website & app, and calls to generate high-quality leads.

- Make Demos & Onboarding happen: Schedule and coordinate product demos with sales teams.

- Craft Persuasive Pitches: Assist in creating compelling sales collateral, proposals, and presentations.

- Develop Sales Playbook & Case Studies: Create structured guides and success stories to help streamline customer acquisition efforts.

What we're looking for:

- Experience: 1-3 years in pre-sales, lead generation, inside sales, or business development.

- Excellent Communicator: You can spark interest and build relationships with prospects.

- HR Tech Enthusiast: Understanding of HR processes, talent acquisition, or B2B SaaS is a plus.

- Go-Getter Attitude: A proactive mindset with strong multitasking abilities.

- CRM Familiarity: Experience with Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools is a bonus.

- Marketing & Content Skills: Experience in developing playbook, case studies, and pre-sales collateral is a plus.
