About the Role :

We assist our partners in overcoming Employer Branding, Diversity, and Inclusion challenges. We have dedicated sections on the website as well as our mobile app where we help organizations cover their Employee Value Proposition by baking engaging content.

This would include the complete Strategic portfolio including products such as Showcase, Maven and Spotlight.

In a nutshell, this position requires a mix of customer success strategies as well as marketing tactics

Job Title: Customer Success Employer Branding

Location : Rohini , Delhi

Overview : We need someone who is passionate about customer success and communicates business value to our customers. Someone who is keen on using data as a tool to communicate impact.

Identifying customer journey touchpoints, optimizing customer journey maps as well as marking customer milestones will be a key component of the role.

What you will be doing :

- You will be spearheading customer success for the Employer Branding portfolio on iimjobs.com & hirist.tech

- We need you to be quick and agile to drive and lead engagement conversations with HR leadership across sectors.

- A fundamental aspect of the role is to approach the work as a Business Analyst would, focusing on understanding data, drawing insights, and presenting them effectively.

- We want you to become the product champion and help clients understand product and constantly support them in the end-to-end journey

- High cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Tech, Product Activation, and Pre-sales teams is expected.
