As a Customer Success Manager, you won't just support customers-you'll be their strategic partner in using Calculus to make smarter, data-driven HR decisions. You'll help HR leaders unlock insights, optimize hiring strategies, and retain top talent using our platform.
What you'll do:
- Be the face of Calculus: Own customer relationships from onboarding to expansion.
- Educate & empower: Conduct engaging product demos, webinars, and training sessions.
- Create Playbook & Case Studies: Develop actionable guides and success stories to showcase the impact of Calculus.
- Drive adoption & retention: Proactively engage users, analyse their usage, and ensure they get the most out of Calculus.
- Product Marketing Support: Create customer-centric content, FAQs, and feature updates.
- Develop & Execute Drip Campaigns: Design automated email sequences to engage customers at different lifecycle stages, ensuring continuous value delivery.
- Problem-solve with impact: Address customer queries, provide solutions, and work with the product team to enhance features.
- Advocate for our users: Gather insights from HR professionals and help us shape the future of our product.
What we're looking for:
- Experience: 2-5 years in customer success, HR tech, account management, or B2B SaaS.
- HR Know-How: Familiarity with HR processes, salary benchmarking, and talent mapping is a plus.
- People Skills: Strong communication, relationship management, and presentation abilities.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to analyse customer usage and improve engagement strategies.
- Tech-Savvy: Prior experience with SaaS platforms or CRM tools (like Pipedrive/ HubSpot/ Salesforce) is a plus.
- Marketing & Content Skills: Experience in creating playbook, case studies, and customer education materials is a bonus.
